About Toolo

Toolo is a home for the small online jobs that come up all the time. Convert a file, work out a number, tidy up some text, resize an image. One place, without hunting across a dozen different sites.

What Toolo is

Most online tools do their job, but the sites around them get in the way. Popups on every click, an interface that has not changed since 2015, ads squeezed between you and the button you came to press.

Toolo brings these tools together and gets out of your way. You open a tool, do the thing, and leave. Nothing to install, nothing to sign up for before you can start.

Who it is for

Toolo is not a developer-only site. It is for students, office workers, parents, freelancers, designers, content creators, and small businesses, alongside the developers who use it too. If you need to get something done online, a Toolo tool should feel obvious the moment you open it.

What we do differently

Design that respects your time

Each tool is built to feel like a real product, not a form bolted onto an ad page. Clear layout, the result where you expect it, no decoration that gets in the way of the task.

Many tools in one place

Instead of remembering ten different sites for ten different jobs, you learn one. As the catalog grows, the next tool you need is already here and works the same way as the last one.

No dark patterns

No fake countdowns, no buried unsubscribe links, no wall standing between you and a job that takes thirty seconds. When we do charge for something later, the price and what it covers will be plain.

Your work stays yours

Many Toolo tools run entirely in your browser, so the files you work on never leave your device. Where an account helps, it stays optional: your work saves locally on its own, and signing in only adds syncing across your devices on top.

Where we are now

Toolo is early and growing. Everything is free to use today. When paid options do arrive for some tools, the core of a free tool stays free, and anything paid will still cost less than the alternatives it replaces.
